All Lots are sold. The road is cut and in. We have made it a gated community by adding an electronic gate on CR 143. There is a keypad and your entrance code is the last 4 digits of your SSN. (You can exit the property without a code — there is an exit triggered by big metal on the road — a car/truck as an example. ) We put up a nice laser cut Stepping Stone Lakes sign on the gate.
I am told the fishing is wonderful. I would suggest fishermen bring fish food and practice catch & release so that it remains fun for everyone.
