          Catch and release fishing is recommended. No motorized boats or private docks on Stepping Stone Lakes. Hunting will be prohibited when six homes are started anywhere in Stepping Stone Lakes.

Each tract is subject to easements for installation and maintenance of utilities as shown on the recorded plat. Generally, there is a 25’ utility easement along all county roads and a 10’ utility/drainage easement on side and rear property lines. _______ ROADS: The county policy has been to pave the county roads when the resident is built. This will likely be the case for all lots on CR 143. Lots on CR 141 already have paved roads. Plans are to build the road base when the first lot owner of one of the above lots is ready to start construction. The road finish material will not be applied until we have at least 3 homes built on the above lots (This is to keep the trucks used during construction from tearing up the finished roads.)
