Each tract is subject to easements for installation and maintenance of utilities as shown on the recorded plat. Plans are to build the road base when the first lot owner of one of the above lots is ready to start construction. The road finish material will not be applied until we have at least 3 homes built on the above lots (This is to keep the trucks used during construction from tearing up the finished roads.)
