Big News for our clients -- we are sold out. Our second home has started and soon we are going revise the way the road will come into the property.
At Mr. John Gray's (Lots 12,13,16 & 17) request we are going bring the road down the west side of Lots 12 & 13 -- instead of thru the middle of his property. The road will be more upside down T and I think a good change. I will send all property owners the revised plat when my engineer finishes it.
