From Dallas: Take LBJ Freeway (I-635) to the Northeast. Take I-30 going East to Rockwall. Continue on I-30 to one exit past the Sulphur Springs four exits. Take FM 69 North (Left on Exit 131) seven miles to Dike. Turn East (Left) on County Road 3564 for .7 miles to Peaceful Meadows on your right. The property is bounded by County Roads 3567, 3564, 3566 and 3567. The unsold tracts are well marked with signs on the fence and red topped metal posts on each corner.
From Eureka Lake Country: Take FM 71 five miles West to Sulphur Bluff. Turn South (Left) on FM 69 and go ten miles to Dike. As FM 69 turns South (Left) past the post office County Road 3564 enters FM 69. Take County Road 3564 .7 (seven tenths of a mile) to Peaceful Meadows. The property will be on your right. TO: Eureka Lake Country: Go back out to FM 69 and continue North for 12+ miles to Sulphur Bluff. (FM 69 dead ends into FM 71 at Sulphur Bluff) Take a right (East) on FM 71 and go 5 miles, (just into Franklin County). Take NW 1080 left (North) for 100 yds and the property starts on your right. (There is a NW 1080 that goes South first, but 1/8 mile further is the NW 1080 that goes North.)
From Paris TX: Take Hwy 19 South to New Birthright. Turn Left on FM 71 -- go 5 miles to County Road 3567 on your right. Continue on CR 3567 to CR 3564 and take a right. The SE corner of the property is at the corner of CR 3567 and CR 3564. The property is bounded by 3567, 3564, 3566 and 3567. See tract markings above.
