Q: Where is Peaceful Meadows ?
A: Peaceful Meadows is conveniently located just 15 miles East of Sulphur Springs, Texas and less than 10 minutes from Interstate 30.
Q: What is the size of the parcel ?
A: Parcels are 2 to 5 acres (Each 5 acre parcel is larger than 4 football fields or 217,800 square feet of beautiful, Texas land!) You may purchase more than one parcel if you wish.
Q: How may I use the land ?
A: The land may be used for any number of recreational activities including hiking, hunting, camping, ranching and horseback riding and a home site.
Q: What improvements have been made ?
A: A qualified surveyor, registered in the state of Texas, surveys all of our properties. Our surveys are very accurate. Corners are clearly marked with metal posts. There is community water, electric service, & phone service to all lots. Septic systems are purchaser’s responsibility.
Q: May I use the land while I am paying for it?
A: Yes, beginning the very day you sign the contract, the land is yours to use and enjoy.
Q: May we pay off our land early without penalty ?
Q: Will your prices be increasing ?
A: During the last eight years our sales prices have increased an average of 100% due to supply and demand. We make no guarantees that the value of the land will increase, though.
Q: Why is land at Peaceful Meadows so inexpensive? What's the catch?
A: There is no catch. We purchase large properties at a low price. By buying larger parcels, it is possible to get a lower price per acre. We pass our savings on to our customers. We do not buy or sell substandard land. All of our properties are carefully selected for their natural beauty and accessibility.
Q: Can we resell our property in the future and make a profit?
A: While there is no guarantee of profit from any land sale, our values have increased. We believe there are many reasons for this upward trend including; inflation, population growth, a decreasing supply of land, the public's desire for a more natural environment, trend toward movement away from urban areas and the increased popularity of outdoor recreational activities.
