From Dallas: Take LBJ Freeway (I-635) to the Northeast. Exit on I-30 going East to Rockwall. Continue on I-30 to Mt. Vernon. Take exit 146 -- Hwy 37 North (Left) to Hagansport (very small two way stop with feed store and hamburgers on NE corner).

Turn West (Left) on FM 71 for 3 miles to County Road NW 1081(on your right). Go North (right) for 100 yard and the property starts on your right. From Peaceful Meadows: Take County Road 3564 back to Dike and FM 69. Continue North on FM 69 to Sulfur Bluff (approx 13 miles). Go East (right) on FM 71 for 5 miles to County Road NW 1081 on your left. (This will be just after you cross into Franklin County -- and there is a NW 1081 on your right first.) From Paris TX: Take Hwy 271 Southeast to FM 37 (29 miles). Turn Right (South) on FM 37 -- go 9 miles to FM 71 at Hagansport (very small two way stop with feed store and hamburgers on NE corner) Turn Right (West) & go 3 miles to CR 1081(on your right) and take a right -- the property starts in 100 yds. (The next County Road after NW 1080 is NW 1081 -- note that on some maps this County Road is marked as NW 1080 as it used to be a loop.) The tracts are well marked with signs on the fence marking the left and right side of each tract. The Front building line & back property pins are also marked with metal fence posts.
